In the Summer of 2017, I interned at London Bay Homes in Naples, Florida. I completed a renovation and design project under the direction of David Valladarez. I drafted the edition and renovation of the Mergenthaler Residence and devised a set of construction documents complete with interior design drawings. The purpose of the renovations was to upgrade the home by adding an additional bedroom and modernizing the bathrooms. The document was taken to bid and permit where they were approved.
